Description
These workshops develop essential life skills such as communication, collaboration, and leadership through fun activities, games, and visualization.
Since the pandemic, middle school students and athletes have missed out on being able to work together in partners, groups, or as a full team.
Through these workshops players and students learn the value of teamwork, how to be an empathetic and supportive teammate, and what it truly means to be a part of something bigger than themselves.

Activities and Skills:
Building trust to cultivate team chemistry
Defining the characteristics of a “good teammate”
Clarifying roles and accepting your own role on the team
Practicing effective communication and active listening skills
Setting realistic goals as a team
Sharing activities that boost motivation and morale
Practicing visualization strategies to enhance team and individual performance
Mentoring captains and providing ideas for team bonding

Workshop information:
For sports teams or in-school programming
Designed to be 60-90 minutes long.
Suggested group size is 15-30 athletes or students per session to achieve maximum success
Can be offered as a series throughout the season or school year or as a one time experience.
Includes a discovery call with coaches/teachers to specifically design the workshop to fit the team or students’ needs
Includes a leadership discussion with captains/team leaders
